Edi Ladavac, MD, was born in Rijeka in 1959. He completed primary and high school in Pula and the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka. After completing his specialisation in Zagreb, he worked at the eye department of the Pula General Clinic from 1993 to 2012.
In 2012 he established the LADAVAC EYE CLINIC, located in Pula, Marijanijeva 12.
During his work at the Pula General Clinic he established a subspecialist infirmary for retina diseases which he and his colleagues equipped thanks to donations. Edi Ladavac, MD, specialist ophthalmologist is on the list of best Croatian specialists compiled by the State Department, suggesting them to US citizens if they need medical attention while being in our Country.
The embassy compiled the list with special attention and through a longer period of time. They came to doctors’ names according to American patients’ recommendations after which each doctor’s professional path, qualifications and work were studied in detail.

The Clinic is situated in the part of the city of Pula called Vidikovac, near the large car parks above the glass factory, the last house in the row of houses, with its own parking lots. If you are coming from the city centre, go uphill from the traffic lights near the Court (Radićeva street) and then take the second turning on the left (Lino Marijani street).
If you are coming from the direction of the Pula ring road, turn to the Rizzijeva street, go toward Vidikovac and near the Mlinar bakery turn right into the Lino Marijani street.
